Louisville Slugger Exogrid Adult -3 Baseball Bat, 2010

The 2010 Louisville Slugger CBXEX Exogrid Adult -3 Baseball Bat has Exogrid Technology which simply means stiffness and strength equals power and performance. The metal in the Exogrid is trimmed away and replaced with carbon composite inserts that are several times stronger and lighter than the metal they replace.

At the heart of the TPX Exogrid is the carbon sleeve, which provides greater handle stiffness than aluminum alone could ever do and has unidirectional fibers that run the full length of the handle. A stiff handle produces more barrel flex, resulting in maximum trampoline effect and ultimately, greater performance.

The Exogrid CBXEX baseball bat features a 2 5/8" barrel diameter and a -3 oz. without grip. It also has a synthetic grip with a 31/32" tapered handle and a patented Pro Cup end cap. Meets college and high school BESR standards.
