Do you donate to or sponsor teams?
As an Internet Sporting Goods company, we get hundreds of requests for
sponsorships and donations each year. Many are for organizations or causes that
we would like to be able to support. Unfortunately, we just don't have the
resources to be able to meet the many requests. We wish you the best of
luck as you look for donors, however, Hit! Run! Score! will not be able to help
at this time.

Do you ship to Canada or Puerto Rico?
We only ship to the 50 United States and to APO/FPO addresses. We are
currently unable to ship anywhere outside of these areas.

What does "Usually leaves warehouse in 1 - 5 business days" mean?
When an item says "Usually leaves warehouse in 1 - 5 business days.", this means that the item you are ordering
may have to be ordered from the manufacturer before we are able to ship your
product. Your order will leave our warehouse in as early as one or as late as
five
business days from the day the order is processed. You will need to factor 1 - 5
additional business days into your shipping time.

How will my basketball system be delivered?
Most of our basketball systems and some other large items are shipped via common carrier (freight truck) with curbside delivery within
the continental U.S. The delivery person will require your assistance in
unloading your item and will leave the item at the curbside. Any additional
services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate trucks, or pallet
jacks are not included in the price of the item. The cost of these
additional services varies from city to city and usually cost between
$75.00 and $150.00 extra. You may purchase these additional services
directly from the trucking company when they call you for an appointment.
If your item shows visible damage upon receipt from the carrier, refuse the shipment and call us at 800-660-8815. It is important to inspect your shipment BEFORE you sign the delivery notice.
This is to ensure that if there is a damaged item it can be returned at the time
and a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.

How can I get a catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog at this time. Most of the products we
carry are listed on our website with updated prices and descriptions.

Do I get a discount on large quantity orders?
We do offer quantity discounts on selected items. If a discount applies, it will
be listed on the product page for that item. Additional discounts may be available for larger
quantities; please contact customer service for details.

Why can't I choose USPS for my ground shipment?
Hit! Run! Score!'s first choice for ground shipping is United Parcel
Service (UPS). The U.S. Postal Service first class mail is not a
reliable shipping method for us due to several reasons. With USPS
First
Class Mail the package isn't insured, and if lost, it is not traceable.
Also when USPS First Class Mail is used, we are not provided with a set
delivery date and lost packages cannot be discovered in an acceptable
period of time. The majority of our suppliers also use UPS, and many
don't even offer USPS as an option. UPS packages are traceable,
insured, and usually arrive to any U.S. customer within 2 -6 business
days. The only time we do use USPS is for orders being shipped to
military addresses, Alaska and Hawaii.
