Coach Marty Schupak, who earned his Master's Degree in Physical Education from Arizona State University, has been recognized by and is an active member of the American Baseball Coaches Association.
Coach Schupak founded the Youth Sports Club, which is devoted solely to the improvement of youth sports and today serves as the President of the organization.
He has produced a number of widely acclaimed sports instructional videos to help young players who haven't yet developed the individual skills they need and to give coaches an edge in higher level competitive baseball and other sports. His videos come highly recommended by the National Alliance of Youth Sports.
Coach Scupak has worked with other coaches, consulted with child-rearing experts and tested all his ideas on the field and in the backyard with the ballplayers themselves. The results of this painstaking approach are not only evident in the quality of his instruction, but in the reception his
teaching has gotten from both the coaching fraternity and parents.
He first got involved in youth sports by coaching both of his sons' youth baseball teams. In addition to coaching baseball he has coached children in basketball and soccer.
In the past 14 years Coach Schupak has managed or coached over 1,200 kids in youth athletics. His teams have won over 200 games and have won a host of championships. He has coached many all star teams at all levels.
