The All Star MVP3000SL Pro Baseball Catchers Helmet outfitted all the pros beginning with the 2006 season. This All-Star helmet has an injection molded reinforced ABS plastic shell. The Armor Clad energy control liner provides comfort and protection. This catcher's helmet is Aegis microbe shield treated to provide protection against bacteria, fungus and related odors.

This Pro MVP catchers helmet also has 3D fabric mesh that pulls in cool air and expels heat and moisture to keep athletes UltraCool. Unlike 2D synthetic cloth that passively wicks moisture, the patent pending 3D construction transports moisture away and promotes the circulation of cool air around the player's head.

This catcher helmet includes a super light hollow steel mask which is 45% lighter than standard masks. The I-Bar vision mask design improves the sight line but provides increased strength. This catchers helmet has removable and washable pads. Pros verify that they feel a noticeable difference when taking foul tips. The chin pad is contoured molded foam with a vinyl outer surface and a moisture managing poly cloth inner surface. All-Star facemasks and head gear meet NOCSAE standards.
