Order Processing:
Orders received before 1:00pm Central Time are processed the same business day. Orders received after 1:00pm Central Time are processed the next business day. Most orders ship within 24 hours of processing. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing an order generally consists of verifying the information on the order, verifying the card had been properly authorized, evaluating the order for fraud, verifying stock availability, and sending your order to the appropriate warehouse for fulfillment.
Hit! Run! Score! does not guarantee your order will be processed. If additional shipping charges apply, your card is declined, the billing address for your card does not match the billing information you provided, or there are technical problems, your order may not be processed until the matter is resolved.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled up to the time they are processed for shipping. Once orders are processed for shipping, we do not have the ability to cancel shipment.
Shortages:
We make every effort to have accurate information on our site regarding stock availability. However, if items on your order become unavailable and can be back ordered, we will contact via email to determine what you want to do. Unavailable items that can not be back ordered will be removed from your order and the remainder of your order will be processed and shipped. Charges will be adjusted to reflect the items actually shipped. We will notify you about any changes via email as soon as we can.
